While we would love to proudly say that our products are made in the U.S., the reality is that it's not economically feasible. We have explored various avenues to manufacture and distribute products domestically, but unfortunately, the cost implications make it challenging to offer our products at a price that aligns with market expectations.
Currently, our swaddles are manufactured in Asia. However, it's crucial for us to emphasize that we have been meticulous in selecting manufacturing partners who share our values. We have sought out partners whose workplace protocols align with U.S. standards, and who use high-quality materials in an ethical manner.
To ensure the utmost quality, our production facilities hold ICO9000 certification, and we go the extra mile by employing third-party inspection services. This ensures that every aspect of our production processes meets our stringent requirements. Furthermore, all our products undergo CPSIA testing and approval, reflecting our commitment to meeting and exceeding safety standards.

How long does shipping usually take?
- Order Processing typically takes 1-2 days after your order is placed.
- U.S. orders typically take between 3-5 business days to arrive to you after your order has been processed. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
- International orders typically take between 2-4 weeks to arrive to you after your order has been processed. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
- Please Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may incur. Once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer our responsibility. We DO NOT replace stolen packages or provide refunds for any packages that don’t reach the destination.
Once I place my order, what happens next?
Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation sent to your email. If you don’t receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with your correct email address or your order did not go through.
Once your order has been processed, a shipping label will be created and a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. The email will contain a USPS or UPS tracking number.
Please allow us approximately one-day (24 hours) for us to send you the tracking information. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you know that all of our shipping times are estimated, and they are NOT GUARANTEED.

Once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer our responsibility. We DO NOT replace stolen packages or provide refunds for any packages that don’t reach the destination.
If you purchase the USPS Priority or Priority Express shipping option, your order comes with a tracking number and standard insurance. In this instance, if your package does not reach its destination, we will file a claim. You must reach out to us to let us know if you have not received your package. Please check the tracking information before reaching out to us about it – to make sure the info you provided was correct.

FOR U.S. SHIPMENTS
FIRST CLASS MAIL
Most importantly, please note that FREE SHIPPING is First Class Mail and that DOES NOT COME WITH INSURANCE therefore Ali+Oli is not responsible for your lost, damaged, or stolen package. If you have purchased the First-Class Mail option (FREE SHIPPING) at checkout, you are totally responsible for your order.
In order for you to inquire about your First-Class delivery, you need to contact USPS directly at 1(800)275-8777 You will need to provide them with your tracking number, date of purchase, and delivery address used at checkout -- so please have that handy.
If you want your order to be insured, then purchase the Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express option at checkout. This is your best option and gives you the most peace-of-mind.
PRIORITY MAIL
This option comes with insurance, therefore if your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, you have the right to make a claim. You have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file your claim with USPS. You will need to provide them with your tracking number, date of purchase, and delivery address used at checkout -- so please have that handy.
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS
This option comes with insurance, therefore if your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, you have the right to make a claim. You have 7-60 days from the date of shipment to file your claim with USPS. You will need to provide them with your tracking number, date of purchase, and delivery address used at checkout -- so please have that handy.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
FIRST CLASS MAIL

If you have purchased the First-Class Mail option at checkout, you are totally responsible for your order. Once your order has left the U.S. it is not possible to determine the estimated arrival date.

I NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS, HOW DO I DO IT?
Filing a claim with USPS is very easy, simply go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the DOMESTIC LINK to file a claim within the United States or the INTERNATIONAL LINK for orders outside of the United States. Then simply follow the instructions as shown.
We highly recommend that you provide them with your tracking number, date of purchase, and delivery address used at checkout -- so please have that handy.
My order was returned to Ali+Oli, what can I do now?
If your package is returned to us, we will refund you for the SUBTOTAL amount of your order (we do not refund the shipping charge). If we need to reship, additional postage will need to be purchased.
