Refund & Return Policy

  • While we strive to carry the highest quality products possible, we understand that from time-to-time issues may arise. In the event you run into a problem with one of your purchases, please contact us to help you resolve it.
  • We allow returns within 60 days from the date of purchase.  Please note: to receive a full refund, all items being returned must be unused in perfect condition with original tags in place.  We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product doesn’t meet these criteria.
  • The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.  Return shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • For hygienic reasons, the following products are not eligible for returns: Pacifiers, pacifier clips, teethers 
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after product is received at our warehouse.

I just placed my order and I need to make a change, can I do that?

  • As long as your order has NOT been processed, then it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been processed, then unfortunately we cannot make any changes to it.

I am a wholesale customer -- can I return my items?

  • All wholesale orders are final.  If you have found a defective product, you can contact us at info@aliandoli.com to arrange an exchange.
