I love your products, do you ship internationally?

  • Absolutely! We ship worldwide each and every day.  We’ve shipped to 32 different countries worldwide, so place your order from anywhere in the world with confidence.

How long does shipping usually take?  

  • Shipping times: On each product detail page you will see the shipping time in the description. If no shipping time is indicated, then you can expect to receive your product within 7-10 days after your order is processed
  • U.S. orders: After your purchase, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Once it’s shipped you'll receive an email from us indicating your order has been shipped.  Our FREE SHIPPING option ships without a tracking number. If you choose Priority shipping, then you will receive a tracking number.  Delivery usually arrives in 2-3 days after it ships.  
  • International orders:  Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days after the date of original purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once shipped. Expect delivery of your order within 2-4 weeks.  International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may incur. 

Please note that once your order is processed we DO NOT OFFER refunds. This is because your order is already in transit. 

What are your shipping costs?

  • Orders within the continental U.S. shipping is always FREE unless indicated on the product detail page.  Any FREE products incur a small shipping & handling charge.  
  • International orders – the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are based on your geographic location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may incur in your country.  

Please note that international shipping fees are non-refundable.

Is there a way that I can track my order?  

  • It depends if you've chosen our FREE SHIPPING OPTION or our PRIORITY SHIPPING option. Free shipping ships without a tracking number. If you chose Priority shipping, as soon as your item ships, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to find out where your order is currently located and its estimated arrival date.

Can you briefly explain your return policy?

  • While we strive to carry the highest quality products possible, we understand that from time-to-time issues may arise. In the event you run into a problem with one of your purchases, please contact us to help you resolve it.
  • We allow returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Please note: to receive a full refund, all items being returned must be unused in perfect condition with original tags in place.  We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product doesn’t meet these criteria.
  • The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.  Return shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • For hygienic reasons, the following products are not eligible for returns: Head-Bands, Socks, Hats, Toboggans, Beanies, Swimwear, and Pacifiers.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after product is received at our warehouse.

I just placed my order and I need to make a change, can I do that?

  • As long as your order has NOT been processed, then it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been processed, then unfortunately we cannot make any changes to it.

I am from outside the U.S., can I pay with my own currency?

  • You will notice that all of the prices on our website are in USD (US Dollars), which means that if your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be subject to the daily exchange rate your credit card company used on the date of the transaction.  We do not have the capability of changing exchange rates.

I love your website, but how secure is my personal information?

  • We understand that in today’s day-in-age your personal information is critical, that’s why when you make a purchase from Ali+Oli your credit card information is encrypted. The transaction you make at checkout uses SSL technology, which means it’s extremely secure. Your information is NOT stored.

Where do you get all these wonderful products from? 

  • We have suppliers from all over the world – India, Lithuania, U.S.A., and Asia.  We usually ship directly from our manufacturers to help save you money. The slightly longer shipping times are well worth the wait for the amount of money you will save.

 I just received my order and it’s missing some products, why?

  • Please note that sometimes we ship directly from our manufacturers to you, this is how we can offer these high-quality products at amazing prices.  That said, if you have purchased items that ship from different parts of the world, there is a high likelihood that you will receive partial shipments – don’t be alarmed, this is normal.  Items ship separately at no additional cost.  

Why are you giving me FREE products?

  • The answer is quite simple really – we want you to get to know Ali+Oli and the quality of the great products we carry. We know that once you get these products in your hands you will know and you will come back to shop with us again. All we ask is that you cover the small cost of shipping.
