Where are your products made?
While we would love to proudly say that our products are made in the U.S., the reality
is that it's not economically feasible. We have explored various avenues to manufacture and distribute products domestically, but unfortunately, the cost implications make it challenging to offer our products at a price that aligns with market expectations.
Currently, the majority of our products are manufactured in Asia. However, it's crucial
for us to emphasize that we have been meticulous in selecting manufacturing partners who share our values. We have sought out partners whose workplace
protocols align with U.S. standards, and who use high-quality materials in an
ethical manner.
To ensure the utmost quality, our production facilities hold ICO9000 certification, and
we go the extra mile by employing third-party inspection services. This ensures
that every aspect of our production processes meets our stringent requirements.
Furthermore, all our products undergo CPSIA testing and approval, reflecting
our commitment to meeting and exceeding safety standards.
As parents ourselves, we fully appreciate and share the expectations parents have when it comes to the safety and quality of baby products. I need to change my order, can I do that?
As long as your order has NOT been processed, then it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been processed, then unfortunately we cannot make any changes to it.
I'm having other issues with my order, please help.
Package Not Found:
If your package is marked as delivered but you can't locate it, we understand the concern. Sometimes, carrier tracking information can be inaccurate. We recommend waiting 1 - 2 business days to allow for any potential delays. It's advisable to contact the carrier directly to inquire about your order. Additionally, check with neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to them. If your order doesn't arrive within 7 days of the tracking update, please contact our support team at info@aliandoli.com.

Unable to Locate Package After Recommended Waiting Period:

How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders: After your purchase, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Once it’s shipped you'll receive an email from us indicating your order has been shipped. If you choose Priority shipping, then you will receive a tracking number. Depending on the shipping speed you selected during checkout, transit times can vary between 1-10 business days from the date your order was shipped.
International orders: Orders will be processed and shipped within1-2 days after the date of original purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once shipped. Expect delivery of your order within 2-4 weeks. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may incur.
Please note that once your order is processed we DO NOT OFFER refunds. This is because your order is already in transit.
What are your shipping costs?
- Orders $75 or more shipping within the continental U.S. is always FREE unless indicated on the product detail page.
- International orders – the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are based on your geographic location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may incur in your country.
Please note that domestic and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I get FREE shipping?
To qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico), follow these steps:
Order Threshold: Ensure that the total cost of your order exceeds $75. This threshold should be met after applying any discount codes.
Select Standard Shipping: During the checkout process, choose the standard shipping option. The free shipping promotion applies specifically to this shipping method.

Can you briefly explain your return policy?
- While we strive to carry the highest quality products possible, we understand that from time-to-time issues may arise. In the event you run into a problem with one of your purchases, please contact us at info@aliandoli.com to help you resolve it.
- We allow returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note: to receive a full refund, all items being returned must be unused in perfect condition with original tags in place. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product doesn’t meet these criteria.
- The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE
- For hygienic reasons, the following products are not eligible for returns: Hairbrushes, Pacifiers, and Oral Care products.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after product is received at our warehouse.
I am a wholesale customer, can I return my order?

I am from outside the United States, can I pay with my own currency?
You will notice that all of the prices on our website are in USD (US Dollars), which means that if your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be subject to the daily exchange rate your credit card company used on the date of the transaction.
