Directions

Thread the loop through the hole of the pacifier then simply attach it to the baby's clothing to ensure the pacifier remains clean and hygienic. Pacifier clips are universal and can also be attached to anything from car seats, to strollers, high chairs, and more. It is recommended that you replace your clip every two months for sanitary reasons if you use it every day.

Care Instructions

Wash by hand with warm water and a mild soap. Do not submerge for long periods of time. Always allow to dry before use. Do not place the pacifier clip into any kind of sterilizer. Wipe with clean damp cloth and let air dry as needed.

Warning

Check pacifier clip before each use. Discard at the first sign of weakness or damage. Not intended for use as a teether. Adult supervision is required. Never leave child unattended when in use. Do not lengthen the pacifier clip.

We recommend attaching the pacifier clip to the shoulder area of clothing. Do not attach it to any loose parts of clothing, ribbons, ropes, cords, laces, or any other types of extensions, as this is a choking hazard. Do not use it when baby is in an infant crib, bassinet, cot, bed, or stroller unsupervised.

How long does shipping usually take?  

  • Order Processing typically takes 1-2 days after your order is placed.
  • U.S. orders typically take between 3-5 business days to arrive to you after your order has been processed. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
  • International orders typically take between 2-4 weeks to arrive to you after your order has been processed. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Please Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may incur. Once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer our responsibility. We DO NOT replace stolen packages or provide refunds for any packages that don’t reach the destination.

Once I place my order, what happens next?

Once you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation sent to your email. If you don’t receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with your correct email address or your order did not go through.

Once your order has been processed, a shipping label will be created and a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. The email will contain a USPS or UPS.

Please allow us approximately one-day (24 hours) for us to send you the tracking information. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you know that all of our shipping times are estimated, and they are NOT GUARANTEED.

Once your items are in the mail, the package is no longer our responsibility. We DO NOT replace stolen packages or provide refunds for any packages that don’t reach the destination.

If you purchase the USPS Priority or Priority Express shipping option, your order comes with a tracking number and standard insurance.  In this instance, if your package does not reach its destination, we will file a claim.  You must reach out to us to let us know if you have not received your package.  Please check the tracking information before reaching out to us about it – to make sure the info you provided was correct.

 

MY PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED IN THE EXPECTED TIMEFRAME – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

FOR U.S. SHIPMENTS

FIRST CLASS MAIL

Most importantly, please note that FREE SHIPPING is First Class Mail and that DOES NOT COME WITH INSURANCE therefore Ali+Oli is not responsible for your lost, damaged, or stolen package.  If you have purchased the First-Class Mail option (FREE SHIPPING) at checkout, you are totally responsible for your order.

In order for you to inquire about your First-Class delivery, you need to contact USPS directly at 1(800)275-8777  You will need to provide them with your tracking number, date of purchase, and delivery address used at checkout -- so please have that handy.

If you want your order to be insured, then purchase the Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express option at checkout. This is your best option and gives you the most peace-of-mind.

PRIORITY MAIL

This option comes with insurance, therefore if your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, you have the right to make a claim. You have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file your claim with USPS. You will need to provide them with your tracking number, date of purchase, and delivery address used at checkout -- so please have that handy.

 

PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS

This option comes with insurance, therefore if your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, you have the right to make a claim. You have 7-60 days from the date of shipment to file your claim with USPS. You will need to provide them with your tracking number, date of purchase, and delivery address used at checkout -- so please have that handy.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

FIRST CLASS MAIL

Most importantly, please note that FREE SHIPPING is First Class Mail and it DOES NOT COME WITH INSURANCE, therefore Ali+Oli is not responsible for your lost, damaged, or stolen package.  If you have purchased the First-Class Mail option at checkout, you are totally responsible for your order. Once your order has left the U.S. it is not possible to determine the estimated arrival date.

In order for you to inquire about your First-Class delivery, you need to contact USPS directly at 1(800)275-8777  You will need to provide them with your tracking number, date of purchase, and delivery address used at checkout -- so please have that handy.

If you want your order to be insured, then purchase the Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express option at checkout. This is your best option and gives you the most peace-of-mind.

I NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS, HOW DO I DO IT?

Filing a claim with USPS is very easy, simply go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the DOMESTIC LINK to file a claim within the United States or the INTERNATIONAL LINK for orders outside of the United States. Then simply follow the instructions as shown.

We highly recommend that you provide them with your tracking number, date of purchase, and delivery address used at checkout -- so please have that handy.

My order was returned to Ali+Oli, what can I do now?

If your package is returned to us, we will refund you for the SUBTOTAL amount of your order.  If we need to reship, additional postage will need to be purchased.
